Hello! I have been using Anki on my computer for about a week and so far, I am loving it! I was wanting to put all my flashcards on my phone as well but every time I try to start the app it just shows up blank. I signed into my Anki web account, and I continually receive the Syncing error, type: 423. I have confirmed my email address and I can access the Anki website and view all my decks, but I cannot access the decks on my phone for whatever reason. It also says it will send me an email to confirm my email address, but I never receive anything. Could you help me resolve this issue? I am not sure what more I could try to do.

Hi there! Not sure what's going on but our best syncing help is collected here:

I ran into this issue too. Specifically, on Android I kept getting the weird "Syncing error, type: 423" error.

I fixed it by logging into the web version of Anki and verifying my email. It will send you one and you click on the link to verify it.

After that, I could sync again. I think it's just a poorly worded error?

Looks like this is caused by not having verified your email address - and a subsequent issue with media file security.

Log in to ankiweb, and you should get prompted to verify your email.   Then resync from desktop/mobile anki.   That worked for me.  Good luck.
