That appears to be the right one yes, Ankitects is the company
that does Anki Desktop, AnkiMobile and AnkiWeb
Worth noting that yes it costs real money, but the money from the iOS purchases powers the development of the Anki database / scheduling backend that even we use here (in AnkiDroid) as well as the server infrastructure for ankiweb, so it is really appreciated - it keeps the whole thing moving forward
