I have not had a chance to change AM's medication chart yet to reflect the addition of over the counter Melatonin. It is a tablet that AM will take 20 minutes before bed.
The tablet is put on her tongue and AM lets it dissolve slowly. She started it last night. We will see if it helps her get to sleep easier and get more sleep.
