Please let us know if the css used in HTML are done by pixels or % (percentage).

If done in pixels,then we have to do a little more work on it and if in % (percentage), it will take a day less.

Overall,it may take 5 working days to give you the responsive mode (static 5 pages only.)

Cost would be - 8000/- INR.
