Please look at the following link of Indian restaurant operated by American people. They have limited menu but very easy to read and understand.  Good thing about it is that it is very simple and elegant.

This is another restaurant near Airport run by Pakistani but very good. Here is their menu -

The below attachments is from a Non Indian restaurant but they explain where they get they products from, so if we are bringing local meat, it would be a good way to market that we encourage local produce. This menu lists  organic, sustainable and responsible seafood menu.. Attached pics gives an idea of how they listed sustainable seafood.

Please look into this video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFQYmLVHkt0&noredirect=1. It is the only Indian restaurant who got the Michelin Star recently in Macau. This is its website http://www.venetianmacao.com/macau-restaurants/asian-int-delight/golden-peacock/
We can make a promotional video something like this in the future?

Hi Selvam,

Please find attached Menu with review comments.
Nivi and Pranav worked on it rigorously and has provided their inputs.

Few Comments:

1) Some of the menu items are repeating in some places
2) The grouping of items should be done in a better way. For example we have Sea Food session, but then the fish is having its own session or instead of SeaFood, we can title it as prawns/crab
3)  All the items that has Chicken/Veg can be put under one category. E.g. Sweet corn Soup Chicken/ Veg can be just mentioned as Sweet corn Soup and in the description just add choice of chicken or vegetable. All veg need to expanded as vegetarian. Sometime Veg can be mistaken for vegan.
4) Spellings need to be taken care.
5) Just  for Lunch, we might want to put a special  one sheet menu card like quick guide having very few starters, soups, entrees etc. This should be used only from Monday thru Friday during lunch time. Not available during dinners nor Friday thru Sunday.
