The raceway installation needs only 1 time for mounting to the wall. (with only 6 bolts attachment) and also only 1 time wiring.
A normal wholesale installation cost for raceway mount is $500 to $800 (price between installer to sign shops, retail is more)
Flush mount installation is 34 times more labor and it cost about $700 more. with the $700 more you think it is too much?
In order to do the flush mount, you need to have an actual pattern size, layout on the wall, mark each letter on the wall with at least
3 bolts attachment (masonry wall - special drill, NOT wood). Need at least 2 people on each side of the wall. And needs 34 times
wiring them together...
You might think the general contractor can install sign, the answer is NO.
You must be also an Electrician contractor.... They must have all kind of licenses to do this work. 
There are not to many installers around...only two installers in the area that I know of.
Google search find your own installers, and see how much they charge... or may be you can do this installation yourself?, it will save you $1,500 Selvam?

Final layout for contract had been signed long time back at your restaurant, and labor for revision fees should be charged, and I did not charge you on that. (please read the terms, and condition in the contract)

One set of the storefront sign will be charge for $6,800.
Plus $1,500 installation. And plus permit if required.
The total amount for 1 set of store front sign with installation included.

Hello Tri,
 
As you can see in the attachments, there are NO details reg. interior sign (VERTICAL sign) inside the building. Can you please confirm that it has never been sent to us from you because we have never received it? We have also been waiting for that.
