I am helping out an out of town owner with some final items on his restaurant.  Can you get me pricing for the following?  Restaurant is located in Redmond/Bellevue:  14625 NE 24^th Street.  Call me if you have questions.

 

He has some graphic vinyl with adhesive back that needs to be installed.  See attached drawing for placement and size.  These are already made up, but need to be installed.  I think there is a decal for the door and just a privacy half screen on the bottom, but I am showing it as a full door cover.

 

Also, needs to have provided site plaque signage black background with white letters and double stick tape as follows:

(5) Wash hands before returning to work verbage

(3) Max occupancy signs

(1) No checks

(1) No Soliciters

(4) Employees only

(1) Office

(1) ADA Womens room signage

(1) ADA Mens room signage

(1) vinyl:  No pets
