This is the nth round, but perhaps it is the first one to be to the
point as far as I am concerned.
Aimo is a tool for representation in a computer of the reality that we
have several ways of knowing, including perception through sensory
organs and/or mechanical sensors and turning those impressions into
some cognitive reality in the mid that we can also access through a
natural language which was invented presumably as a tool to help human
communities grow from one family to a tribe from one tribe to a
nation, etc.
In this process there are two basic issues that are solved through a
natural language: calculating and identifying. These seem to be
separate issues, but the equipment, the human mind or cognition is the
same. And this human mind is not just reason and logic, but emotion
and will as well. So whatever humans discovered to use that was used
to cover emotional, rational and volitional functions.
To this date whatever we want to share, explain and represent comes
out in 2D surfaces. 2D surfaces are the default dimension for storing
and presenting information, because information is nothing but motion
of objects that leave marks behind the surface to be used as traces to
find out the details of that earlier motion frozen in surface
distortions.
