First, an undate on the Letters. Currently the form is working
properly now, the blank screen and e-mail confirmation issues have
been addressed. HOWEVER, if you have already submitted a form, DO NOT
do so again. All the forms were saved on the website, and I can
access them. I will create a list shortly of the entries that I
currently have, and post it on the fourm.
Some points:
1. Don't expect a confirmation that you got a table until AFTER the
Letters Close. I might need two weeks to sort thru them, I might not.
Please be paitent. I think you all know by now I do my best to keep
you all informed.
2. If you get a confirmation that you have a table, you must be
prepared to pay with in 48 hours. Start saving NOW--you have at least
a month. Worse case is you don't get a table, but you have extra money
to pay for a table at another con, etc.
3. If you get the table confirmation--which will be sent by e-mail,
THEN you will be given a form that will ask for extra details, such as
merch you sell, names of helpers for badges, etc.
4. If you do not get a table, you will still be notified about your
position on the RESERVE LIST. So don't dispair, you may still get in
depending on how many people end up dropping out due to lack of
payment, change of plans, etc.
5. People on the RESERVE LIST. If you know you are also going to
attend the con even if you don't get a table, and you will be able to
bring things--or are local enough that you can go get your stuff--make
sure you let me know. One of my goals is NO EMPTY TABLES. And by the
end of Friday, any unclaimed tables will go up for sale.
