Letter of Intent Update

The webmaster informs me that the Mail Forwarding system is down.
However Letters are still going thru and are being saved.

If you have not submitted your letter, please do so. You will still
see a blank screen when you hit submit.

If you submitted your letter and didn't get a confirmation e-mail I
will do what I can to let people know their letter whet thru.

Please be patient while this is worked out.
