Can't use the software

Hello,

I just installed the software but can't use it at all. I'm using
Windows Vista 64-bit, and my graphics card is NVIDIA Geforce GTX 260.

First of all, I can't log in or connect to the market place. I got
"Unkown Network" message, but I'm pretty sure I have internet (since
I'm leaving this message).

Secondly, I try to download the dae and bvh files from the Animeeple
website and import them into the software. Things look good in the
import window, and there is no error message. However, when I click
"import checked item", there is an error message "There are some items
in the file that are not yet ready to import. Would you like me to
skip them and import the ones that are ready?"

Could anyone help me? Thank you!

   Hi Brynn,

   1. Does re-starting the software solve the network problem? Are you behind a firewall? 

   2. To import characters or animations, they need to be labeled with the bones. You can see how this is done at http://www.animeeple.com/documentation/Import. Once you labeled the required bones, the cross next to the item on the left will turn to check and Animeeple will import the content.
