Hi,

I'm using the FBX exporter on a desktop and a tablet PC, and I'm
finding that I still need to log in for each session to use the plug-
in. At the moment, this is not a problem for me but I thought I should
bring this up since the change in the FBX plug-in licensing was a
feature you recently added.

I'm using Animeeple version 0.4.10 with Windos 7 Professional. Let me
know if you need more information.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hi Greenlaw,

Let me take a look at this again. You may need to clear your settings for this.

I'll try that. I see two buttons, one for reset and one for clear
cache. I've clicked both, but I am now wondering what each button
does.

Let you know soon if this works.

Reading your mail again made me realize that this behavior may be expected.

Every time you want to use FBX exporter, you will need to login. However, if the login fails because of an internet error, Animeeple will re-use the cached user data assuming that you have logged in using the same email and password before.

Does this help?

Ah, okay. That did cross my mind shortly after I sent the email and I
was just about to ask if maybe this was normal behavior. Thanks for
clarifying how the licensing system works. :)
