Anime Fest, Confirmation

Hey everyone,

We are planning a trip to the AnimeFest Convention in Dallas, Texas, from August 16th - 20th. The trip will be relatively low cost depending on how many people decide to attend. We need to confirm who will attend THIS WEDNESDAY at 3pm so we can submit a cost estimate to receive funding.
