at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts+++

The artist and filmmaker Beatrice Gibson discusses her work in the
context of the Apparent Positions series at the Sainsbury
Centre for Visual Arts. The event includes a screening of Gibson’s
earlier film A Necessary Music (2009),
a science fiction film about modernist social housing.

A special performance by Norwich-based group Apartment House of
sections of Cornelius Cardew’s Treatise and Octet
‘61 with 'cello, percussion and electronically treated
objects.
