Building Animata on Ubuntu 14.04 and Wayang

Not sure if this is still alive, or there is another list.

I successfully built 004 source on Ubuntu 14.04, but at first it threw an error about usleep in the OSCManager.cpp file.

I simply copied these lines just below the first #include in the OSCManager.cpp file:

#include <stdio.h>

#include <time.h>

#include <unistd.h>

It compiled fine and I opened an example without issue.

I had installed the older version of FLTK 1.1.0 and the libfltk-dev libs too.

As an aside, I must be getting senile, since I remember finding animata in, I thought 2005, yet all the videos are from 2007/2008 in the beginning.

I was then using Blender and looking to do a Wayang animation, and now I find there is an Indonesian example ready to go!

I'll post it when done. ETA is August 2016.

Great to re-discover this cool piece of software. I am going to do a virtual Wayang Kulit. I am originally from Brooklyn, but I am now living in East Java, Indonesia.
