Subject: URGENT! 2 bonded kittens about 2 months old need rescue by 7/3, Wednesday - Major and Hunter-severe & painful eye injury
Union County (Monroe), NC - Deadline - July 3rdURGENT! Major and Hunter - two 7-8 wk old bonded kittens with very painful eye injuriesContact Ross Mullis: Ross....@unioncountync.govPhone (704) 283-3865
While trapping feral cats in her community, a kind citizen trapped these two 7–8 week old kittens together and immediately realized they needed help.
Major, the black-and-white kitten, has a severe eye injury that will require surgical removal. Despite everything he’s been through, Major has been easy to handle, is eating and drinking well, and has already received Capstar and dewormer.
His best friend, Hunter, a Siamese mix, has been a constant source of comfort and companionship. The two are closely bonded, and Hunter helps give Major confidence as they navigate this new chapter together.
Both kittens have been friendly, easy to handle, and are adjusting well to human care. We would love to see them pulled together so Major can receive the surgery he needs while remaining with the companion who has been by his side through it all.
If your rescue can help give Major and Hunter the second chance they deserve, please reach out. Keeping this bonded pair together would mean the world to them. The pair are as-is and there is no pull fee.
These two need a commitment by Friday 7-3-26. Please email all questions and commitments to ross....@unioncountync.gov.
