Hey Ms. Peggy. My name is Robin Anderson. I got your name and number off a Google search for dog rescues. I’m sorry for texting, but I don’t think I could say all of this without crying. My dad recently passed away. He had 2 dogs. When I went to check on them, I found them in a horrendous situation. I had no idea my dad's house had gotten that bad. The house is infested with roaches and Haley, his 10 yr old terrier mix, is not well. A vet friend told us that she has a mite infection. We thought we had someone who would take them and give them the love and care they need, but they backed out. His other dog, Daisy, is also a terrier mix. She's 8. They're both very loving dogs. They're good with kids and other dogs. I already have 2 dogs and my sister has 4. Neither of us can take them. They're not used to being alone like this and it's breaking my heart to leave them every day. Can you help? Or know anyone who can? I will give you whatever information I can and send current pictures if necessary.
