Hi Guys
This is a very very URGENT URGENT MAIL that needs to go out to everyone you
know! You have probably all received this list below, but Stephni has just
phoned me to let me know that a few of these darlings would have to be put to
sleep this afternoon because the kennels are overly full and they have no other
choice...
One of the lovelies that is on the list is Tosca, the STUNNING Rottweiler
(picture below), and Stephni is incredibly sad about this.
She has asked me to mail as many people as possible to try and help any of
these dogs find new loving homes by this afternoon. IF YOU KNOW OF anyone
who would be interested in adopting ANY of the below babies, please give Stephni
(083 4470979) or me (083 5430334) a call. This is really a very urgent
call, so please send this out as far and wide as possible!

this is Bobby, a very sweet male large breed boy. He is so underweight
and because of this is very possessive of his food. he gets along with
other females and enjoys the gentle touch of a human. He really is an
amzingly beautiful guy and with a bit of fattening up, will look very good.
this is Topsy a, very young and darling male with such a gentle nature.
He is around 10 months old and is a German Shepherd cross. He seems
to have some Anatolian in him too I would assume. He is so lovely and so
gentle and would do wonderful with any family.
this is Nora, she is a large cross breed. A real darling of about
2 years old. She has also had a terrible story where she was saved from a
chained life in a township in Wellington.
She has basically lived most of her life in captivity - from
chained to wellington rescue centre and then to us. THe reason they
brought her to us was that the lady who saved her was very worried as there
were suspicious characters frequenting her kennels there tryng to steal Nora
again. So she asked if we could rather care for her where she is safer.
A lovely girl with a sweet really quirky character. Good with other
dogs and a real lady.
our two little cocker spaniels are still with us. They are really so
sweet now. Love to chase a ball and bring back to you and really
precious. Just to recap, they are 8months and 10months old - both males.
Would like them to go together.
this is Gemma - a very sweet, very pretty little 4 month old girl. She is
going to become a medium sized doggie. A real little gem - thats why the
name Gemma!
this is also a cutie! a little 1 year old girl with the name of Shadow.
Small breed (about the size of a short legged jack russel). Loves
to be around people and loves being cuddled.
this is Wasabi - a very sweet little guy. He is a jack russel cross fox
terrier with a super dooper nature. He is around 2 years old and gets
along with all dogs and very easy-going.
this is Khumar, a two year old Jack russel that came through our doors because
his owners moved to a flat. A real energetic little gentleman who gets
along with some dogs and loves to be around people.
this is Jesse James. Also given up by his owners because they were
moving into smaller premises. He is really beautiful and is a Chow
crossed with a collie. His nature is definately more Chow than collie.
He is 2 years old and I would say would do well as an only dog. He
gets along fine when exercising with the other dogs, but is quite the jealous
kind sometimes and when he gets the attention, does not like to share it.
A real beauty though and we would have to rehome him soon as he gets very
stressed when kennelled too long.

Now we get to my ultimate favourite!! Little Harley! He is the best
thing since sliced bread! And I LOVE HIM! He is around 2 years old,
maybe even a little younger. I wish I could take him home. He talks
to you when you look at him and he has the cutest little face and nature.
Gets along with all dogs, I think cats too and loves to be around people.
He is definately a dog that needs a really loving special home where he
can interact and really be part of a family. He is a terrier cross little
darling.
Oh shame this is little Ollie. He was picked up outside of
Stellenbosch in terrible condition. We had him shaved and washed but he looks
like a toothpick, he is so thin. He needs to go to a home with an elderly
couple I would think where he can be with someone all day. Very sweet and
about 2 - 3 years old. Ollie is a maltese cross.
this is Tosca - our very loving, fabulous Rottweiller girl. Tosca
is 4 years old and what a gorgeous and super dog. SHe gets along with big
male dogs and is like putty in your hands - a dog that loves people very much.
Loves attention, being cuddled and just an all-round great girl.
I just love a steekbaard terrier!! This is my other favourite.
I know I shouldn't have favourites, but I cannot resist these faces!
This is Tazzie. He has definately got Wheaten Scottish Terrier in
his cross. A terrier/steekbaard boy with a real dashing nature!
Around 1 1/2 - 2years old, Tazzie is a real flirt. Loves the
girls and gets along with almost everyone. If you like a dog with a
personality close on human, then Tazzie is your man!
I could just smother this little guy with hugs and kisses!! Another

this is Rex, our male Boerboel around 2-3 years old. What a sad story to this
boy too. We confiscated him from a backyard where he was chained on a short
chain, in a space no bigger than ones bathroom! So thin and in desperate
need of attention. He is adapting very nicely now and gets along with
larger female dogs but i would not trust him with other male dogs. Also
very loving with adults but a little grumpy with children it seems.
Definately needs to go to a home where someone will have patience with
him and with someone who knows Boerboels and their natures.
