Hello AWFP!

I hope all your summers went awesome and that you got some much needed rest.

Michelle was awesome and organized and carried out the intake of 5 dogs from Mercer County Animal Shelter yesterday. I was able to do some of the medical things but not all and so we are going to need medical team members to assign themselves to make sure all their medical gets done. Names given by the shelter were kept but you can always ask the foster if they want to change it, if so, please update it on their medical record, which I have already created on our Google Drive. Here is their information and what they need:

Mayflower 534

Color: Tan

Approx DOB: ~August 2012

Weight: ~58 lbs.

Needs: DAPP booster, Lepto series, and heartworm test

They all received a DAPP at the shelter but we were unable to booster them upon intake so some of them are overdue for their booster or are coming up on it pretty soon. Please review each individual medical record to know more details on what and when they needs certain things. Also, we'd like to get all (except Brandon's since he's only about 4 months old) heartworm tests done as soon as possible so that we can dispense heartworm prevention to their fosters. Microchips were sent home with the fosters so that they can bring it with them on the day of the spay or neuter surgery.
The sooner we can get their medical done, the better, that way we can get them done before we're in the full swing of things at school.
I have all their paper files so please email me who would like to be assigned to which dog so I can pass those records over to you (I'll probably put them in your mailbox). Also, in their online medical file we have added "Medical Team Member(s):" for you to put your name (or names) as the medical team member(s) responsible for that dog so make sure you fill that out.

Let's keep saving more lives!

All the best,
