Join our conversation about becoming a Guardian for immigrant youth who are neglected, abused or abandoned by a parent.
Mary Armistead, Esq. and Marien Levy, Esq., from The Legal Project will provide information about:
- how Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) can help youth who were neglected or abused,
- the importance of Guardianship in the SIJS process,
- the responsibilities of a Guardian,
- how to become a Guardian.
