Here's a short article about massage through the ages. It's interesting to see how physicians once were trained to use massage for their patient's benefit - and how and why this practice changed. There definitely seems to be greater interest in massage during our current times. Hopefully the practice will help people become more accepting of and connected to their own bodies - as they experience the wonderful benefits of massage therapy.
