Running Angular application locally

Dear all,
Would like to know the possibility of running the angular application locally without deploying it in any webserver?
Can i test routing features + templates(which are also stored locally) locally?
Kindly share your opinions on this.

Yep, it is possible, I'm doing it all the time for some little
personal apps. I wouldn't do anything big / mission critical like this

personal apps. I wouldn't do anything big / mission critical like this
