buttons with text and bitmap

I am needing to make buttons with normal text with background bitmaps.

For instance a button with label of "Press Me" and a bitmap, like a stop sign for instance but the label I dont want to be part of the bitmap if I can help it.

Thoughts?

having the ability to change the bitmap dynamically I need to add.
