Metadata version mismatch issue, while using angular 8 library in angular 4 project. When we use angular 8 library with angular 8 application its working fine

Hi Ravi,
Angular is mostly upwards compatible, not downwards. Upgrade your Angular 4 projects to angular 8, and this problem will disappear.
Most projects can be upgraded with relative ease. The cli provides helpers for most things. As does rxjs.
