Angular PWA not working when Offline checked

Hi all,

I hope some of you can help me with this.

I've followed the instruction on this page in order to build PWA but when I check the Offline box, Refresh the page, it shows Page not found, ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED

Hi Binh,

Are you on an SSL connection? Also, 'ng serve' will not work for service workers. 

(you can load a service-worker without SSL only on localhost)

Thanks for the hint, Sander. I appreciate it.

I double checked my cmd. I did type http-server -p 8080 -c-1 dist/MyProjectNameHere

The Chrome Incognito browser launched http://localhost:8080. Then I check the Offline box, Refresh the page=>No Internet error. I reset my PC a few times, repeat all the steps again with a brand new project, still having the same issue.

Did you found the solution? If yes can you please share it with me. I am also facing the same issue for local as well for the app deployed on azure.
