ui-router and encoded url

hi,

this is my $state.go...

$state.go('candidatesSaveSearch', { "saveSearchId": savedSearchId,"ref":"gender=2"});

the problem is that "=" become %3D

Is there anyway to prevent from encoding?

i ended up with the regular location.href

location.href = '#/candidates.html/' + savedSearchId + '?ref=&' + filterStr;
