I'm working on a project that is using a different web framework (<cough>Ember</cough>) but which could really benefit from some dependency injection goodness to get rid of strong coupling between pieces of the app. From the quick survey I've done of the landscape, it would appear that angular's dependency injection capabilities are the best out there. At this point a rewrite of our app in angular is not in the cards, and I'd rather not pull in the entire angular library, but I wonder if it would be possible just to include the dependency-injection bits of angular, say in a custom build of angular. Any thoughts?
