routeProvider not working in AngularJS v1.2.9

I am getting modulerr when using AngularJS v1.2.9.

`ngRoute` was broken into it's own file in AngularJS 1.2, so you'll need to make sure you're including it. Furthermore, you must declare `ngRoute` as a dependency for your app.
