npm installation problem for angular seed template

Hi all,

Im new to angularJS. I tried to download the angular phonecat project from https://github.com/angular/angular-phonecat but encounter error :(

Please help.

I have installed python(2.5.0), git(2.5.3), nodejs(4.1.1), npm(include in nodejs). The following is the log.
