'filter' filter: search in proprties-arrays

Good day! According to 'filter' filter's docs,

string: The string is evaluated as an expression and the resulting value is used for substring match against the contents of the array. All strings or objects with string properties in array that contain this string will be returned.

But what if array's element is an array (but nor string nor object)?

Would you accept a patch with this feature?
