On your first question, no there is no relationship between AngularJS and Google Apps Script.  AngularJS is for creating web applications in your browser from scratch.  Google Apps Script allows you to automate tasks in the Google Apps like Docs, Spreadsheets, Sites, etc.  While Google Apps Script does allow you to create some custom UI, these UIs run within Google Apps and not on their own as AngularJS apps do.

On the second question, no, AngularJS does not currently use Shadow DOM / Web Components to extend HTML's syntax.  We are, however, huge fans of this work.  Our goal is to let you write applications the way you would with Web Components and Model Driven Views but in today's browsers rather than waiting for all browsers to come up to these new specs.

Yes, this can work well.  In fact, there's already a project focused on integration between Sencha Touch and AngularJS.

Looks like it could use some updating, but check it out at https://github.com/tigbro/sencha-touch-angular-adapter.

The best IDE support is probably by WebStorm, mostly because John
Linquist and his AngularJS plugin:
https://github.com/johnlindquist/angularjs-plugin

With regards to ExtJS. Honestly, I don't think these two would work
well together, the design philosophy behing ExtJS is very different
compare to Angular.
They could work side by side, but using angular's binding inside the
ExtJS components, or using angular's DI to wite ExtJS stuff, that
would be really tricky, probably not worthy the pain.
