Angular directives

I have created custom directive to manipulate dom. Its of attribute type, As i am using ng-repeat to repeat my 100 records and my custom directive present in those recorrds. so whenever i am adding my condition in directive, it manipulates only last record of ng-repeat. Ho can i make it work for individually like we use $(this) in javascript.
