i linked to this a little while ago but it was too soon, it's a small example of part of the front-end of a much larger CRUD application.  i've cleaned it up a bit and it makes more sense now (i hope).
please check it out and let me know what you think.  it lets you create a custom, "dynamic" web form which reacts to user input (showing/hiding fields, etc).

unfortunately, for some reason it's only letting you save the form once.  if you make a second round of modifications and save it breaks the dynamic bits (triggers, visibility conditions).  obviously, some object reference is getting replaced and breaking a tie somehow but i can't figure out why.  however, this only affects the demo version as the full version does a server round trip when saving not just updating JS objects.

if you happen to notice any poor design choices or other such bugs please let me know.  i'm developing this by myself so having another set of eyes that knows what angular is would be super helpful.

Looks OK 007. Do you have a GitHub repo for it? Also -- what about generating a form, say from a JSON-Schema object?
