How to create tags like stackoverflow using Angular?

I am looking for angular tags input design that'll help me create tags textbox or dropdown list like we have in stack overflow while posting questions. I have tried tags input and it isn't working for me, I want something pretty much similar to what we have on stack overflow. please help. I am using angular 8 by the way.
