AngularJS Meetups (NYC + Bay Area)

Absolutely! We have lots of Angular fans in the NYC office and I'm sure that we'll be able to find someone to host the event.

Not accidentally we've been also discussing creation of Bay Area meetup that would meet here on the google campus in Mountain View. How many folks would be interested in this?

  Please let me know what the next step would be. If you could put me in touch with Angular fans in the NYC office, that would be great. I'm hoping that we could do something within the next few weeks...

I've been having similar thoughts about doing one in SF. I have a CakePHP meetup group but honestly attendance has been... underwhelming. I could probably get 3 or 4 of my coworkers including myself to attend to one here.
