5 min QuickStart not working

Hi tried to run both the "5 min quickstart" for JS en TS (resp: https://angular.io/docs/js/latest/quickstart.html and https://angular.io/docs/ts/latest/quickstart.html ) exactly as explained in the tutorial (Windows7 env)

Both projects fail with the same error, (captured in Chrome) :

Uncaught RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded in angular2.sfx.dev.js:1068

that is on this line: if (handler.toString() !== "[object FunctionWrapper]") {

Any ideas what's up !?

Update :

It is working on Firefox !

It is not working on IE (not surprisingly) but also not working on Chrome (Versie 41.0.2272.76 m)
