When I load a view for first time its controller runs automatically and produces data for the view. Now I want to run the controller again since parameters it uses got changed. How can I rerun my controller?

Thanks

You don't want to run the controller again. A better approach is probably to move the functionality you want to run again into either a method that controller puts on $scope or a service.
