Can't get NG-REPEAT working? It just comments out!

I can't get it to loop through, any help? It's my first time using AngularJS and I was following a tutorial on YouTube.

You were closing <div> too early....

Remember that   <div  ng-controller="ThingsCtrl"> holds the scope of controller </div> outside it will now work.
