karma-e2e.conf.js in the tutorial is out of dated

Hi,

I am learning AngularJS with the tutorial at:

http://docs.angularjs.org/tutorial/step_03

The provided karma-e2e.conf.js is out-of-dated.

Can anyone provide a pointer to some good sample conf files?

I'm having the same issue. It also appears to be an issue in the seed project. There is an outstanding pull request here...

Which looks like it should fix the issue in the seed, but I'm not sure when it will be merged.

There's also this open pull request for the phonecat project which again looks like it might fix the issue.

Thanks for the info - https://github.com/angular/angular-seed/pull/94/files is a good resource.

I copied its karma-e2e.conf.js, but haven't got it to work yet. Maybe some other files need to be updated as well. I will look into the details later when I have spare time.

To Michael,

There are 2 kinds of tests: unit test and end-to-end test.

The reference config file you provided is for the unit test, but I am looking for one for the end-to-end test. Anyway, thanks for the pointers. I will look at the reference about "Details of karma config" later when needed.

It should also be mentioned that you might not what to put a ton of time into the current end-2-end testing framework if you can as protractor (https://github.com/angular/protractor) is going to replace it.
