Provide context sensitive help to users

Hello Angular Developers,

Not really a technical question, but I am interested in your experiences. Let's say I want provide context sensitive Help to an input

field and the delivered help ist too extensive for a tooltip. What would be your solution to realize this? Link to external Html-Page?

Place a ? right after the input control? Hover effects? Collapsible Panels? Did you solve a similar task successfully? If so, how was

the user experience and which controls you have used? Thank you for helping me out which has worked for you and which hasn't.
