set same height of divs

Hi,
I have following structure:
            <div class="row directive-example" data-ng-repeat="cat in totalCats" >
              <div class="col" data-ng-repeat="item in cat">
                  <a ng-href="#/cat/{{item.id}}"><span id="test"><img class="f-dir-img" ng-style="{ backgroundImage: variableInScope + '/some/string' }" ng-src="{{item['img-icon-url']}}" id="{{item.id}}"><br/></span><span class="f-size1 f-bold">{{item.name}}</span></a>
              </div>
            </div>
Now I have to set the height of all span with id "test" in a row(heigth to be set is the maximum height of spans in a row after rendering ie. math.max(span1,span2, span3)).
I am unable to do it.
Please help me.

Hi Pushpendra,

You can solve that with flexbox. Or is there some reason you can't use flexbox? (CSS)
