About mat-form-fields

Hi, please look at the below image that is my mat-form-filed appearance-'outline', by default it is showing blue colour but I need that in white colour by default how to change it?

I have tried many ways using ::ng-deep but none of them worked for me I have used !important also still it did not worked please help me if anyone knows
