I've heard it said, and believe it's true: if you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it. 

To that end, I try to write about anything I learn that I consider a milestone in my web dev efforts, and since those focus on Angular 2 and ES6 these days, I try to write about those topics as much as I can.
