Angular "2" was a poor name choice, this group is relevant to anything Angular 2+ (4, 5, 6, 7...)

Just want to make clear that the group is relevant to anybody working in all versions of Angular post-JS (I don't really work in AngularJS anymore, any client I have that is still using it wants their codebase upgraded to 6, especially with the changes coming in 7).
