Is it possible to link search center to Chrome's "Manage Search Engine"?

I'd like to be able to type just 'sc' into my search bar and have search center automatically use the first group to search my term all at once rather than having to go up and click the button, click into the box, click the button to search.

Just did a quick test, and Yes I think it is possible. (though would require manual configuration)

But not sure when I'll have the time. (I haven't touched this extension for years.... but it's just become much more popular)

However you can try using the shortcut key (ctrl+Q) and this may help
