Random issue with cloning the repo

Hi,
Sorry for possible offtopic, but I have weird issue with cloning angle repo. I'm using GCP linux VM for builds, and from time to time 'git clone' stucked.
It's no FW-related, and it's not persistent issue, i.e. sometimes it works.
Any ideas how to deal with that?
