Running the following:

python3 src/tests/capture_replay_tests.py --use_goma=true --gtest_filter=*/ES2_Vulkan --keep_temp_files=true --output_to_file=true --batch_count=64

deadlocks on Linux. Potential race condition or incorrect synchronization that only manifests on Linux.

Shabi: is the tool slow? Manh reported some issues with performance on Linux. Not sure if that's been cleaned up by his work on the skip file.

I don't have a point of reference to compare. It did take a while, but it felt like most of the delay was running of actual tests. There was no visible lag between running test batches.
