setelah selesai ketemu pn rabiatul, dia ade mention some things:
  1. boleh tak, kalau buat 2 hari 2 different sessions from 2 different vendors, plus maybe 2 hours each?
  2. pre-registration for attendance
  3. promotion - target participant : postgraduate (flyers/posters)
  4. dia ade jgk ckp pasal thomson-reuters yg dlm masa terdekat tu jgk akan dtg for prize-giving some sort of quiz, but then nnt dia yg akan handle
  5. 2 vendors yg probably attend : K-Novell Ebooks, United Technology M'sia & Science Direct from singapore
  6. maybe boleh provide goodie for those yg attend workshop
  7. and ade tak, mcm certificate or token of appreciation for the person yg bg talk?
  8. she will handle at the beginning, then kita just bg surat invitation

1. emm, tak boleh kot. just for the allocated slot.
2. ok, we will have pre-reg during roadshow or maybe door to door
3. yep, haruslaah ada promotion. you as the event manager request kat pnp for poster and flyers.
4. ok
5. ok noted. tapi just satu hari je tau.
6. no goodies. tak ada bajet
7. can give certs, souvenir tak sure lagi. maybe tak ada sebab not in budget
8. surat invi kepada sapa?

yang pasal slots tu, kan takde clash sgt kot. sbb venue lain & maybe yang postgraduates tu, thinking something yg worth. 1 jam maybe too short. lg  *just me & pn rabiatul pnye candangan

yg invitation letter for the vendors, just for formalities and record

ok yang psl slot tambahan tu maybe boleh extend masa to 2 hours tapi utk buat 2 hari, hmm xpela kena bncang dulu. akan inform kemudian.

Saya dah dapat 2 company. Saya nak proposed supaya kita buat 2 company sebab both e-resources ni sgt penting. Comp lab x de masalah sbb banyak lagi yg kosong. Ni saya attach proposed schedule (refer 1st worksheet “training schedule”).

 

Boleh tak kita jumpa n diskas the schedule? And your promotion strategy. kalau awak ada masalah nak reserve comp lab, pls inform me. saya boleh tolong reserve.

em xpe kot buat dua kali. proceed je lah. em redza naty konfem kan balik nk tarikh bile2 nk konfem ngan log pasal bilik.
 
pasal pnp artu boleyh la bg taw dorg details. once dah siap poster boleh bg kt post grad dept. naty aku taye GA2 mcm mane nk buat announcement tu.
