1. How to check out the latest sources (instead of using the sources provided with the distribution)?
2. Should I share my changes with the community?
1. Are they of general interest?
   
2. What shall be tested?
3. What about the comments and the documentation?

get anduril and microarray bundle and compile:

• hg clone https://code.google.com/p/anduril anduril
  
• cd anduril
• hg clone https://code.google.com/p/anduril.microarray microarray
• ant anduril.jar microarray-preparation
