Maxquant error at access files

Hi,

I am using maxquant 1.6.10.43. It has quitted many times at several different stages due to the same reason, which is shown here:

I am pretty sure no other program is using the raw files...

Another question is if Maxquant quit, do i have to start over or I can pick up from where it stopped?
